Top Ten Countries in the World with the Most Expensive Unleaded Petrol Costs

In Britain, the Conservative/Liberal Demcrat Coalition government plans to increase tax by 3.02p in August 2012, which means a litre of unleaded will be made up of 60.97p duty and 24p in VAT. But how do petrol prices in the Britain compare to other countries in the world? Unsurprisingly, nine out of the top 10 countries in the list are in Europe.
